1. Representation and Warranty
- I/We represent and warrant that the manuscript submitted to Worldwide Academia International Research Journal (WAIRJ) is original, free from plagiarism, and has not been published previously in any other journal or publication.
- I/We confirm that I/We are the legitimate author(s) of the submitted manuscript and have the necessary rights to submit and publish the work.
- Any material, data, ideas, figures, tables, or text taken from other sources has been appropriately acknowledged and cited. Where required, necessary permission has been obtained from the respective copyright holders.
2. Email Privacy and Confidentiality
- I/We acknowledge that communications with WAIRJ, including emails and other editorial correspondence, are confidential.
- I/We agree not to reproduce, publish, distribute, or display confidential communication with the journal in print or online media without appropriate authorization.
- I/We understand that WAIRJ reserves the right to take appropriate legal or administrative action in the event of a serious breach of this confidentiality policy.
3. Institutional Consent
- I/We confirm that, where applicable, I/We have obtained the necessary permission or consent from my/our university, institution, employer, project guide, supervisor, research committee, or other relevant authority for conducting and submitting the research.
- I/We confirm that all individuals who have contributed to or participated in the research have provided the necessary consent where applicable.
- I/We accept responsibility for ensuring that the research complies with the applicable institutional requirements and regulations.
4. Plagiarism Policy
- I/We understand that Worldwide Academia International Research Journal (WAIRJ) follows a strict policy against plagiarism and other forms of academic misconduct.
- All submitted manuscripts may be subjected to plagiarism and originality checks during the editorial and review process.
- If plagiarism, substantial similarity, duplicate publication, or other forms of academic misconduct are identified, WAIRJ reserves the right to reject the manuscript or take appropriate action in accordance with its policies.

5. Ethical Compliance
- I/We confirm that the submitted research has been conducted in accordance with applicable ethical standards and responsible research practices.
- Where applicable, the necessary approval from an institutional ethics committee/review board has been obtained before conducting the research.
- I/We understand that fabrication, falsification, manipulation of data, unethical research practices, or deliberate misrepresentation of research findings may result in rejection or withdrawal of the manuscript.
- WAIRJ may take appropriate action in cases of serious research or publication-ethics violations.
6. Copyright and Licensing
- I/We confirm that I/We have the necessary rights to submit the manuscript for publication in Worldwide Academia International Research Journal (WAIRJ).
- Authors are responsible for obtaining permission for copyrighted material, including figures, tables, photographs, or substantial portions of previously published content, where required.

7. Duplicate and Multiple Submissions

- I/We agree not to submit the same manuscript simultaneously to multiple journals.
- Any substantial overlap with previously published or submitted work must be clearly disclosed to the editorial team.
8. Authorship and Contribution
- All individuals listed as authors must have made a genuine and meaningful contribution to the research and/or preparation of the manuscript.
- All authors must approve the final version of the manuscript before submission.
- Any change in authorship after submission should be communicated to the editorial office and may require written consent from all affected authors.
- WAIRJ does not support ghost authorship, guest authorship, or unauthorized changes in authorship.
9. Conflict of Interest
- Authors are required to disclose any financial, personal, professional, or institutional relationships that could potentially influence the research or its interpretation.
