A Digital Object Identifier (DOI)

A digital object identifier (DOI) is a type of persistent identifier used to uniquely identify objects. The DOI system is particularly used for electronic documents such as journal articles. The DOI system began in 2000 and is managed by the International DOI Foundation.

DOI means "digital identifier of an object" rather than "identifier of a digital object".

Metadata about the object is stored in association with the DOI name. It may include a location, such as a URL, where the object can be found. The DOI for a document remains fixed over the lifetime of the document, whereas its location and other metadata may change. Referring to an online document by its DOI provides more stable linking than simply referring to it by its URL, because if the URL changes, the publisher only needs to update the metadata for the DOI to link to the new URL.

A DOI name differs from standard identifier registries such as the Journal Research Paper. The purpose of an identifier registry is to manage a given collection of identifiers, whereas the primary purpose of the DOI system is to make a collection of identifiers actionable and interoperable.

Organizations that meet the contractual obligations of the DOI system and are willing to pay to become a member of the system can assign DOIs. The DOI system is implemented through a federation of registration agencies coordinated by the International DOI Foundation, which developed and controls the system.

Terms & Conditions

  • As per our norms, only a maximum of 4 authors will be allowed for a single paper publication. Our charges include only 4 authors per single paper publication.
  • If the author wants to add more than 4 authors, they will have to pay ₹500 additional charges per additional author. Authors must inform the WAMRJ team regarding the number of authors before the paper is published.
  • We will NOT provide a hardcopy of the certificate and published research paper unless requested and paid for.
  • Once the paper is published successfully, WAIRJ will NOT accept any request related to changes in research paper content or author details.
  • The manuscript submitted is the author's own original work. All authors participated in the work in a substantive way and are prepared to take public responsibility for the work.
  • The Corresponding (1st) Author was authorized by all authors to transfer all royalties related to the manuscript and to enter into a binding contract with WAIRJ as detailed in this Copyright Release Form, and will be responsible in the event of any disputes that have occurred or may occur.
  • The manuscript has not been published and is not being submitted or considered for publication elsewhere. The text, illustrations, and any other materials included in the manuscript do not infringe upon any existing copyright or other rights of anyone. Authors transfer all financial rights, especially processing, reproduction, representation, printing, distribution, and online transmittal, to WAIRJ with no limitation whatsoever. If WAIRJ finds any copyright content or any issue related to copyright in future, WAIRJ has the right to withdraw the paper without prior notice to authors.

Refund Policy

By default, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. "No-shows", "Extra-Page Payment", "Excess Payment", or "Additional Payment" are not refundable and will be considered as donations. However, under genuine consideration, refund requests submitted not later than 2 days prior to the Registration Closing date shall be processed with the applicable cancellation fee. All refund e-mail requests must be submitted to lotusresearchwing@gmail.com Requests for refunds postmarked after the Registration Closing date will not be accepted.

WAIRJ has the discretion to update this refund policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this refund policy periodically and become aware of modifications.
