Once an author's paper is accepted for publication in WAIRJ Journal, the registration for the publication phase begins. Authors have to pay the publication charges according to their author category only. It is mandatory that at least one author of an accepted paper registers in order for the paper to appear in the Journal's publication issue. If an author has more than one accepted paper, they have to pay the fee for each paper individually. Authors have to pay the publication fees to the WAIRJ Account only OR through our online payment link.

Publication Charges Include

  • Charges include publication of one entire Research Paper Online (maximum 5 authors per paper)
  • Publication charges include entire Research Paper Online, Individual Certificate for all authors (Softcopy), Confirmation Letter (Softcopy), Indexing, typesetting, maintenance of Website and journal infrastructure
  • Softcopy of Certificate of Paper Publishing (author-wise individual)
  • Paper and author details handling charges
  • Basic formatting for Publication of Paper
  • Process for assigning unique paper identification number, Typesetting
  • Publishing and Listing the papers in the WAMRJ Digital Library and other major indexing
  • Indexing of paper in all major online journal databases like Google Scholar, Academia.edu, and others
  • Provide automated citation generator for published paper

Terms & Conditions

  • As per our norms, a maximum of 5 authors will be allowed for a single paper publication. Our charges include only 5 authors per single paper publication.
  • If an author wants to add more than 5 authors, then the author has to pay XXX additional charges per additional author. Authors must inform the WAMRJ Team regarding the number of authors before the paper is published.
  • We will NOT provide a Hardcopy of the certificate and published research paper.
  • Once the paper is published successfully, WAIRJ will NOT accept any request related to changes in the research paper content or author details.
  • The manuscript submitted is the author's own original work; all authors participated in the work in a substantive way and are prepared to take public responsibility for the work.
  • The corresponding (1st) author is authorized by all authors to transfer all royalties related to the manuscript and to enter into a binding contract with WAIRJ as detailed in this Copyright Release Form, and will be responsible in the event of any disputes that have occurred or may occur.
  • The manuscript has not been published and is not being submitted or considered for publication elsewhere. The text, illustrations, and any other materials included in the manuscript do not infringe upon any existing copyright or other rights of anyone. Authors transfer all financial rights — especially processing, reproduction, representation, printing, distribution, and online transmittal — to WAIRJ with no limitation whatsoever. If WAIRJ finds any copyrighted content or any copyright-related issue in the future, WAIRJ has the right to withdraw the paper without prior notice to the authors.
  • REFUND POLICY: By default, ALL PAYMENTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. "No-shows," "Extra-Page Payment," "Excess Payment," or "Additional Payment" are not refundable and will be considered as donations. However, under genuine consideration, a refund request submitted not later than 2 days prior to the Registration Closing date shall be processed with the applicable cancellation fee. All refund e-mail requests must be submitted to lotusresearchwing@gmail.com Requests for refunds postmarked after the Registration Closing date will not be accepted.
  • Changes to this Refund Policy: WAIRJ has the discretion to update this refund policy at any time. When we do, we will revise the updated date at the bottom of this page. We encourage you to frequently check this page for any changes. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this refund policy periodically and become aware of any modifications.
