Worldwide Academia International Research Journal (WAIRJ) is committed to maintaining the highest standards of academic publishing, integrity, and transparency. All authors and reviewers are expected to comply with the following publication policies.

1. Open Access Policy
WAIRJ is a fully Open Access journal. All published articles are freely available to readers worldwide without any subscription or paywall restrictions, ensuring maximum visibility and accessibility of research.

2. Peer Review Policy
All manuscripts submitted to WAIRJ undergo a rigorous peer-review process to ensure the scientific quality, originality, and relevance of the research before publication. Editorial decisions are based solely on the merit of the work.

3. Publication Frequency
WAIRJ is published Quarterly (4 issues annually), ensuring timely dissemination of research to the academic community.

4. Plagiarism Policy
All submitted manuscripts are checked for plagiarism and originality. Manuscripts found to contain plagiarized, duplicated, or unoriginal content will be rejected. WAIRJ maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward academic misconduct.

5. Publication Charges
A nominal publication charge applies to accepted manuscripts to cover review, formatting, certification, and indexing costs:

  • Indian Authors: ₹500
  • Foreign Authors: $20

6. Article Processing and Timeline
Authors are notified about the status of their submission at each stage — acceptance, review result, and final publication — via email. Online status tracking is also available.

7. Digital Object Identifier (DOI)
Every published article is assigned a unique identifier for proper indexing, citation, and traceability.

8. Indexing and Archiving
Published articles are submitted to leading research indexing platforms and databases to ensure long-term visibility and citation of the work.

9. Correction and Retraction Policy
In case of any error, ethical concern, or scientific misconduct identified post-publication, WAIRJ reserves the right to issue a correction, erratum, or retraction as per standard academic publishing practices.

10. Types of Articles Accepted
Research Papers, Review Papers, Case Studies, Survey Papers, Comparative Studies, Research Proposals, Dissertation Chapters, Working Projects, and more.
