Fee Structure for Worldwide Academia International Research Journal (WAIRJ)

Worldwide Academia International Research Journal (WAIRJ) is committed to maintaining a transparent, fair, and sustainable publication model. The publication charges support essential editorial services, including peer review, copyediting, plagiarism screening, open-access publication, digital preservation, and long-term archiving.

1. Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Article Processing Charge (APC) supports the complete publication process, including initial editorial assessment, coordination of independent peer review, plagiarism screening, formatting, quality assurance, certificate issuance, metadata submission to indexing services, online open-access publication, and secure long-term digital archiving.

The APC is payable only after a manuscript has successfully completed peer review and has been formally accepted for publication. No fee is charged for manuscript submission or the peer-review process.

  • ₹500 per article (for Indian Authors)
  • $20 per article (for Foreign Authors)

These charges ensure that all published articles remain freely accessible to readers worldwide.

2. Institutional Subscription for Printed Copies

Institutions wishing to receive printed copies of WAIRJ may subscribe on request. For more details, see our Library Subscription page.

3. Waivers & Discounts

To encourage academic collaboration and support researchers, WAIRJ offers the following concessions:

  • Reviewer Discount: Registered WAIRJ reviewers holding a valid Reviewer ID are eligible for discounted publication charges.
  • Referral Program: Authors who successfully refer new contributors to WAIRJ may receive a discount on their subsequent submission.
  • Conference & Institutional Collaborations: Special publication discounts are available for authors affiliated with partner conferences, academic institutions, and approved research organizations.

All requests for waivers and discounts are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. The Editorial Office reserves the right to approve or decline any request.

  • Fast-Track Review and Publication: Available upon request for authors requiring expedited processing. Additional charges apply.
  • Printed Reprints: Authors may order printed copies of their published articles. Printing and shipping charges will depend on the quantity and destination.
