Instruction to Authors

Worldwide Academia International Research Journal (WAIRJ)

Welcome to the Worldwide Academia International Research Journal (WAIRJ). The journal is committed to publishing original, high-quality scholarly research across a broad range of academic and professional disciplines.

These Instructions to Authors provide information regarding manuscript preparation, submission, peer review, editorial procedures, and author responsibilities. All prospective authors are encouraged to carefully read these guidelines before submitting a manuscript.

Editorial Policy

Authors submitting manuscripts to WAIRJ must ensure that:

  • The manuscript is original and has not been published previously.
  • The manuscript is not simultaneously under consideration by another journal.
  • The submission is made exclusively to WAIRJ during the review process.
  • All sources used in the manuscript are properly acknowledged and cited.
  • The manuscript complies with the journal's ethical and publication policies.
  • All listed authors have approved the final version of the manuscript before submission.

Authors should designate one Corresponding Author who will be responsible for communication with the journal throughout the submission, review, revision, and publication process.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to assess their scope, originality, academic quality, formatting, and compliance with the journal's requirements. Manuscripts that do not meet the basic requirements may be rejected without being sent for peer review.

Peer Review Process

Manuscripts that successfully pass the initial editorial screening may be submitted for double-blind peer review by qualified reviewers with relevant expertise.

During the double-blind review process, the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential to the extent practicable.

Authors may be required to revise their manuscripts in response to reviewer comments. Where revisions are requested, authors should provide:

  • A revised version of the manuscript.
  • A clear, point-by-point response to the reviewers' comments.
  • Appropriate identification of changes made in the revised manuscript.

The revised manuscript should be submitted through the journal's designated submission system or as instructed by the editorial office.

The number of revision rounds may vary depending on the nature of the manuscript and the recommendations of the reviewers and editorial team.

Appeals and Complaints

Authors who wish to appeal an editorial decision may contact the editorial office of WAIRJ with a clear and reasoned explanation.

Appeals should identify the specific grounds for reconsideration and, where applicable, address factual or procedural concerns regarding the editorial decision.

Appeals will be reviewed by the appropriate editorial authority. The journal aims to handle appeals fairly, objectively, and in accordance with its editorial policies.

WAIRJ does not support ghost authorship, guest authorship, honorary authorship, or unauthorized changes in authorship.
