  • Effect of Core Stability Exercises on Pain Intensity, Postural Control, and Functional Disability among Adults Experiencing Chronic Non-Specific Low Back Pain, July-September 2026, pg 1-11
    Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026)

This study aims to evaluate the impact of core stability exercises on pain intensity, postural control, and functional disability among adults experiencing NSLBP. This study is significant for health professionals and healthcare centres to develop effective rehabilitation strategies for adults experiencing chronic NSLBP. Core stability exercises provide a higher therapeutic impact on patients with NSLBP, decreasing functional disability, pain intensity and enhancing quality of life. A secondary method of data collection has been employed in this research. In this study, thematic analysis has assisted in analysing the descriptive opinions and expressions of studies selected for this research. Core stability exercises are more efficient in comparison to conventional exercises for short-term pain relief among people experiencing chronic LBP. core stability exercises contribute to enhancing functional performance, independence, as well as mobility. However, the difference in exercise protocols along with inconsistent findings signifies that programmes are required to be structured in an appropriate manner.

  • Mental Health Trends, Social Determinants and Healthcare Access across Population Groups: An Analysis of Secondary Statistical Evidence ,July-Sept, 2026, pg 43-60
    Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026)

The aim of this study is to evaluate social determinants, healthcare access and mental health trends within different population groups.  There is also great inequality in the provision of mental healthcare. This is due to high costs of treatment, shortage of specialists, physical distance, stigma, and lack of knowledge about service provision. Moreover, demographic determinants play an important role in this situation. Secondary data analysis strategy has been used to investigate statistical reports, research evidence and published data. In this study, thematic analysis has been employed for data analysis. The four theme-based interpretations and secondary statistical evidence of the current research paper highlight that there is a significant level of mental healthcare asymmetry and care plan accessibility hurdles in various areas in India. Application of Syndemic Theory in this study has been a game-changer to portray the infrastructure gap, socioeconomic barriers, and stigma, leading to psychological or mental morbidity. In order to reduce the mental wellbeing accessibility barriers in various zones of India, the policymakers need to focus on designing anti-stigma campaigns and public awareness programmes. This suggestive idea could eventually address the national treatment gap complexity for mental morbidity.

  • Assessing the Effectiveness of Inclusive Teaching Strategies in Improving Classroom Participation, Learning Experiences, and Academic Achievement among Diverse Learners, July-Sept, ,2026, pg , 61-70
    Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026)

The aim of this research is to evaluate the effectiveness of inclusive teaching strategies to improve learning experiences, academic achievement and classroom participation among diverse learners. The results of the research will help teachers find certain practices that will motivate students to be involved in the process of learning and cater to their diverse needs. Differentiated instruction allows teachers to modify teaching processes, assessment and content according to the ability and preferences of learners. Culturally responsive teaching is another significant strategy since the cultural background of students impacts classroom experiences. Even though inclusive teaching strategies have been promoted globally, evidence in terms of their effectiveness is still fragmented. This creates a need to evaluate whether inclusive approaches improve learning experiences, academic achievements and participation. A secondary data collection method has been used in the study, which has been analysed using thematic analysis.

  • Evaluating the Effectiveness of Explainable Artificial Intelligence for Improving User Trust, Transparency, and Decision-Making Accuracy in Healthcare Applications, july-september, 2026, pg 12-26
    Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026)

    Abstract:

The implications of explainability AI in healthcare promises enhanced clinical effectiveness and diagnostic accuracy. The adoption of AI reduces the negative effects of black-box nature and prevents those tools to undermine patient trust and clinical enhancement. This study has integrated four themes to evaluate effectiveness of Explainable AI to enhance transparency and integrity. With major thematic analysis and evidence-based credibility analysis, this study has examined user interactions influencing human-AI collaboration. This study asserts that trust mediates the interaction between adoption intention and trust. The findings of this study expressed that XAI’s prototypes improve perceived transparency and increase trust when explanations are critically unreadable and under constructive.  However, extensive technical detailing minimised decision accuracy by causing cognitive overload. The major results of this study are that trust mediates the interconnection between adoption intention and explainability. This research also requires responsible AI deployment that proposes clinically-focused explainability models.

  • Examining the Influence of Digital Learning Tools on Student Engagement, Academic Motivation, and Learning Outcomes in Secondary Education, July-September 2026, pg 71-80
    Vol. 1 No. 1 (2026)

Integration of digital learning tools is recognised as transforming the secondary education system from a conventional textbook-based iteration to a personalised learning atmosphere with a self-directed pace. The aim of the present research is to scrutinise the impact of digital learning tools on students’ intrinsic motivation, engagement, and overall learning outcomes in the secondary education system. The study adopted the secondary qualitative data collection method with thematic analysis after assembling relevant information from open-access and peer-reviewed journals, articles, PDFs, and authentic websites. The findings of this study are aligned with the major theories such as Self-Determination Theory and Technology Acceptance Model. Based on the five thematic interpretations, it has been uncovered that the students’ academic performance is positively correlated with the acceptance of the digital learning tools. The intrinsic motivation rate and the overall engagement level with the digital learning ecosystem among the secondary students are higher than the traditional and textbook-based learning model. The study summarised that this digital learning ecosystem is struggling with the rural-urban digital divide, pedagogical gap, and institution-based IT infrastructure deficiency, preventing the academic performance gap between the students from various zones. The recommendation for this study is to focus on the single sign-on environment to avoid the chances of platform interface errors.
