In this study, thematic analysis has assisted in analysing the descriptive opinions and expressions of studies selected for this research. Core stability exercises are more efficient in comparison to conventional exercises for short-term pain relief among people experiencing chronic LBP. core stability exercises contribute to enhancing functional performance, independence, as well as mobility. However, the difference in exercise protocols along with inconsistent findings signifies that programmes are required to be structured in an appropriate manner.
