Worldwide Academia International Research Journal (WAIRJ) maintains transparency in its peer-review process while protecting the confidentiality of reviewers and the integrity of the editorial process.

WAIRJ follows a [double-blind / single-blind] peer-review process, wherein the identities of authors and reviewers are kept confidential from each other to ensure an unbiased and fair evaluation of the manuscript.

3. Retention of Review Records
WAIRJ retains records of the review history — including reviewer comments, editorial correspondence, and revision history — for internal reference, quality assurance, and to address any future queries or disputes regarding the review process.

4. Non-Disclosure of Review Content
Review comments and reports generated during the review process are not published or made publicly available and must not be shared, copied, or distributed by authors, reviewers, or any third party without written permission from the journal.

5. Use of Review History
Review history may be referred to internally by the editorial team to evaluate manuscript revisions, resolve disputes, assess reviewer performance, or respond to allegations of misconduct.

6. Author Access to Review Comments
Authors are provided with relevant reviewer comments and feedback necessary for revising their manuscript, without disclosure of the reviewer's identity.

7. Retraction or Correction Cases
In cases involving manuscript correction, retraction, or ethical investigation, the review history may be reviewed by the editorial board to determine appropriate action.

8. Data Security
All review-related records and communications are stored securely and accessed only by authorized editorial personnel.
